I'm no longer a teenager! I turned 20 on Sunday, July 1 (and Canada Day)! I had a belly dance show on my birthday as well. woo!

Hey, so how has everybody been? Tell me something interesting about your life lol. Some things about me... I got a job as a belly dancer at a local middle eastern restaurant! I don't know how often I'll be doing it, though. There's 3 other dancers and they're planning on eventually putting us on some kind of rotation for the weekends. My first show was on Feb 14, and it was so much fun. I really hope my career can progress in this! I'm excited! I'm going to Florida in 2 weeks! It was a very unexpected trip. It's been over a year since I posted a journal on this thing. Even longer since I've made an actual submission. This time, I really am coming back haha. I mean it! I need to move on with my life. Life is messed up. I think maybe getting back into art and photography will help me out. So, what's new? I'm 19 now. I had my 19th birthday in Canada, (my birthday is July 1, which also happens to be Canada Day. woohoo!) and I had so much fun. It was the highlight of my summer.
